I think the bg looks soooo cool!

This is beyond what I expected to come back to after taking a break from dA for a couple of months.

Artwork with this much attention to detail, royalty and massive, sheer beauty doesn't come often and is expected on game covers, art books, and private owned websites that outdo DeviantART ten fold!

Some of the colors blend a little bit, so it's slightly difficult to be able to tell the difference between parts, like the left's (Ikhae?) hand and his clothes.

Still, the metal work is just gorgeous and makes the rest look dull with just how dazzling it is <3

I like the duality of Ikhae and Saviir too O:! With the black and white and the two different races :9 They look stunning here, and you definitely focus on those guys. _*buttperves*

And. You can actually draw some nice buldings and backgrounds, obviously the bg is a lot looser and stuff with the cg-ing compared to the characters, but that's still fine, because the attention is not drawn away from the characters again, and they're the most important things in a piece in the majority of cases X333 You totally have me wanting to try a landscape bg too, I have never really done them, particularly buildings.
Those purple crystals are also freaking lovely. I really love stuff like that *A* I love those ones in the foreground most, so beautiful and shiny 83
I bet the texture helped with that bg too, it always looks nicer with those on a bg like this *_*

Ough ffffffff. I say. EPIC. Keep it up maru, you do some stunning work as always >w<
